He starts his career working in all the departments of 4 Stars Hotels while attending the Hotel School of Arzachena. Then he moves to London, where he learn english in a 5 Stars Luxury Hotel, for then heading to Paris and Germany, working always in 5 Stars Luxury Hotels. Then he makes military service in Italy before sailing for 2 years on a Cruise Ship.

When he comes back, he starts working for Costa Smeralda Hotel, from where he then moves to Ciga and, after that, to Bangkok for an experience of one year. He then works for Sheraton, Satrwood Hotels, Yatch Club Costa Smeralda and Boscolo Group, which for him means the Marriott Hotel in Rome. After other italian experiences (Garda Lake, Rome, Sardinia) he becomes General Manager of the Sporting Hotel of Porto Rotondo.
