Goal of the event

The purpose of this prestigious event is to annually elect and handover the Luxury Tourism Awards promoting to the world of luxury travel the 10 top destinations of international luxury.

These awards recognize and reward the ability of a territory (district, island, town, village, resort) or of an accommodation facility distinguishing themselves by offering visitors a high profile tourism experience, having achieved standards of excellence and a good balance between the various components on offer.

The event promotes sought after and prestigious elite tourism, enhancing the natural and cultural heritage of some destinations, encouraging competitiveness and excellence of service standards, proposing and presenting international destinations and resorts to be discovered and highlighted.

The winner of each category receives the precious Golden Peacock, symbol for representing luxury and prestige.
